1. Service Description

NyxAI is an AI story-generation platform that lets users create fictional stories using artificial intelligence. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.

2. Usage Rules

The Platform is for users aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). All visitors must confirm their age before content is shown, and again upon registration. We will terminate any account we believe is held by a minor, without notice and without refund.

When using the Platform, you also agree not to:

• Generate, upload, or share any unlawful, infringing, defamatory, violent, discriminatory, or harassing content;
• Use the Platform for fraud, phishing, or other malicious activity;
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the Platform at scale;
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create. By generating a story, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely to provide the service.

Public Works Promotion: When you choose to publish a work, you additionally grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to feature excerpts, covers, or full text of the public work off-platform (e.g., social media, channels, partner sites) to promote the Platform, with your pen name attributed. Once you make a work private or delete it, we will stop new uses; already-published promotional content will be removed within a reasonable time.

Platform Content: All designs, text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials on the Platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is permitted.

4. Disclaimer

All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. We are not responsible for its correctness, appropriateness, or quality. Users judge and assume the risk of use.
